We are happy to offer a single flat fee for the drafting of uncontested divorce paperwork, drafting of Prenuptial Agreements, Postnuptial Agreements and Separation Agreements, and reviewing agreements drafted by another organization and providing feedback. Please note, regarding the drafting of agreements and processing an uncontested divorce, that all terms must be worked out beforehand in order for you to be able to take advantage of the flat rate.
